How can I remove an eSIM from my iOS device?

Quick answer

You can remove an eSIM from Settings > Cellular, but do not do it casually - removal is permanent and the profile normally cannot be reinstalled. If you simply want the line inactive, switch it off instead.

Switch it off (recommended)

1. Open Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data).
2. Tap the eSiMAZE line.
3. Tap Turn Off This Line.

The profile stays on the iPhone, uses nothing, and can be turned back on at any time.

Remove it permanently

1. Open Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data).
2. Tap the eSiMAZE line.
3. Tap Delete eSIM and confirm.

Important

Deleting destroys any remaining data and days on that package, and the installation code cannot be used again. Only remove an eSIM once the package has fully expired and you no longer need the line. See can I reinstall an eSIM.
