Where can I find my eSIM's ICCID number?

Quick answer
The ICCID is the unique identifying number of your eSIM. You will find it with the eSIM's installation details at /app/esims, and on the device itself once the profile is installed.
On your device
- iPhone and iPad: Settings > General > About, then scroll to the entry for the eSIM line.
- Samsung Galaxy: Settings > About phone > Status information > SIM card status.
- Google Pixel: Settings > About phone > SIM status.
When you need it
Quote the ICCID when you contact us about a specific eSIM. It identifies exactly which line you mean, which is much faster than describing the package - particularly if you have bought more than one.
Important
The ICCID identifies the eSIM but is not an installation credential on its own - it is not what installs the profile. Keep the installation credentials supplied for your eSIM private. Depending on the eSIM, these may include a QR code, an installation link, or activation values.
