Troubleshooting
What to do if I can't delete an eSiMAZE eSIM on my Samsung Galaxy S22?

Quick answer
Stop before you delete. Removing an eSIM is normally permanent - the profile cannot be reinstalled, and any remaining data on that package is lost. If you only want the line inactive, switch it off instead of deleting it.
Turn it off instead
- Open Settings > Connections > SIM manager.
- Select the eSiMAZE line.
- Switch the line off.
The profile stays on the phone, uses nothing, and can be switched back on later.
If you genuinely want to remove it
- Open Settings > Connections > SIM manager.
- Select the eSiMAZE line and choose Remove.
- Confirm when the phone warns you that the action cannot be undone.
If removal fails
- Restart the phone and try again. A pending network operation can hold the profile briefly.
- Install any pending software update, then retry.
- Turn Airplane Mode on, attempt the removal, then turn it off.
- If the option is greyed out entirely, the device may be managed by an employer profile that blocks SIM changes.
Important
A failed deletion is not a fault with your package, and it does not affect your data allowance. If you cannot remove the profile and need to, contact Samsung support - the removal happens entirely on the device, not on our systems.
