How do I access the internet using an eSiMAZE eSIM on a Samsung Galaxy device?

On Galaxy devices, turn the eSIM on in SIM manager, set it as the preferred SIM for mobile data, and apply the data roaming setting your package requires.

Steps

1. Open Settings > Connections > SIM manager.
2. Make sure the eSiMAZE line is switched on.
3. Under Preferred SIM card, set Mobile data to the eSiMAZE line.
4. Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks and set Data roaming for that line as your package specifies.
5. Turn mobile data off for your physical SIM so it cannot be used by mistake.
6. Toggle Airplane Mode for around 30 seconds.

What to check

• Confirm Mobile data is switched on overall, not only the SIM preference.
• Some One UI versions place Data roaming inside the individual SIM's settings rather than the shared Mobile networks screen.
• Leave the APN alone unless your package supplies a value.
