How do I reset my eSiMAZE password?

Quick answer

Go to /reset-password, enter your account email address, and follow the link we send you to set a new password.

Steps

1. Open /reset-password.
2. Enter the email address registered to your account.
3. Complete the human-verification check.
4. Open the email and follow the reset link.
5. Choose a new password, then sign in at /login.

If the email does not arrive

• Check spam and promotions folders.
• Confirm you used the exact address the account was created with.
• Wait a couple of minutes before requesting another, as repeated requests are rate-limited.

Important

If you created your account with Continue with Google, there is no eSiMAZE password to reset. Sign in with Google instead, or manage that password with Google.
